Medical Air

Hitachi Octaplex Medical AirMedical air requires ultra clean, purified air to be delivered at any moment with absolute reliability. Since medical air is a vital life support service it must be supplied by equipment that performs at peak efficiency, on demand, 24 hours per day. We take care in the building and fabrication of our equipment using only quality components that will stand the test of durability and time. Our systems fully comply with NFPA and other regulatory agencies. As the custom manufacturer of these packages, we have the flexibility to make any revisions necessary for your specific needs or we can build a custom system tailored to your requirements.

airandvac.com prides itself in the quality packages, service, consultation, and follow-up care we give our clientele. We are a long-standing member of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA). We also work closely with the California Society of Healthcare Engineers (CSHE), American Society of Healthcare Engineers (ASHE), the American Society of Plumbing Engineers (ASPE) and other agencies to ensure that our systems and equipment are always to code and meet or exceed any industry standards and regulations. This also assures our clients that should they be inspected at any time, the equipment we supplied will be to code and not require costly revisions. We also work closely with qualified medical gas testing companies, competent engineers and skilled contractors whose expertise further ensures that the facilities, installations and the systems we supply meet all safety standards for sustaining human life.

Our own personnel are trained and certified in fabrication, installation, repair and preventative maintenance. Our service technicians carry ASSE 6040 credentials, are HIPAA and Bloodborne Pathogens certified, are inoculated when required and meet dozens of other healthcare criteria including background and security checks.

VIBRATION ISOLATION

Proper vibration prevention is important to equipment efficiency, function and life expectancy. Not all vibration isolators are created equal and choosing the right ones for your equipment is instrumental.

Isolators are designed to create superior performance stability by absorbing vibrations and shock and by distributing the equipment load evenly. This prevents rocking, limits impact shock transmission and blocks sensitive components from low frequency shock and also high frequency vibrations present in the floor.

We use only the finest grade isolators chosen for your specific application, equipment load handling requirements and any NFPA99 or other regulations governing the equipment chosen for your facility.
