PM (Preventative Maintenance) Service Agreements:
Long term, regular care of your source equipment is money well spent. Preventative maintenance does just that . . . prevents normal problems from occurring because of routine equipment care.
PM inspections are performed, oils and lubrications are checked and changed consistently, pumps and motors are evaluated for proper operation, parts and components are checked and replaced when necessary, control panel and wiring are examined, temperatures are taken, systems are tested and much, much more. Major service is scheduled and performed, as recommended by the factory, to keep your system running at peak performance. Equipment testing and analytics are documented at each PM service interval for future comparison. All these items performed consistently have distinct advantages:
- Keeps your equipment running smoothly and efficiently
- Increases the life expectancy of your equipment
- Reduces the possibility of unscheduled downtime
- Decreases your chances of an emergency source equipment failure
- Documentation is appropriate for third party maintenance inspections
- Best value for your service budget, especially long term
If you would like more information about PM maintenance agreements, to schedule a complimentary equipment evaluation or just to ask questions about your equipment, please contact us. We are at your service!
