Dry Rotary Claw
Non-contact, dry rotary claw pumps generate a vacuum efficiently, economically and have a long service life. With their unique, non-contacting, friction free design, energy is not wasted from internal friction or drag like other pump designs. In comparison to other vacuum technologies, they offer safe and reliable operation at fairly low noise levels. Rotary claw is a single stage, positive displacement, continuous duty type vacuum pump.
The high quality pumps we use are a direct drive design requiring no belts and are driven by TEFC motors. These pumps are capable of operating continuously through their full vacuum range up to 28.4” HG. No water is required for the operation of these units saving a substantial sum per year in the cost of cooling water.
Our ICU Rotary Claw systems are equipped with by-pass piping, vacuum gauge, double valve drain system, and sight gauge. We only use A.S.M.E. certified receivers and U.L. approved control panels. Systems are pre-plumbed and pre-wired for single point connections. All systems meet or exceed NFPA99 codes and other required regulations.
