Lubricated Rotary Screw
Lubricated Rotary Screw vacuum pumps are ideal for large medical vacuum systems. This technology can be belt driven or direct drive. The vacuum pumps are often enclosed in sound attenuated cabinets. Although usually offered air cooled they can also be supplied as water cooled to fit specific requirements. The air-end is oil sealed and includes a positive displacement pump for fluid circulation. Lubricated rotary screw vacuum pumps have a very long life and few wearing parts.
Our ICU Lubricated Rotary Screw vacuum pumps include TEFC electric motors and are filled with an extended life synthetic lubricant. Each pump is equipped with a separator pressure differential gauge, scavenger sight tube, lubricant temperature gauge and a high temperature shut down switch. The unit can operate at a vacuum level of 29.9” HgV.
Our ICU Lubricated Rotary Screw medical vacuum systems are NFPA99 compliant, multi-piece packages. Systems include a base frame mounted control module with a vertical ASME receiver, tank sight gauge, bypass piping and a UL listed control panel. Each system is pre-plumbed and pre-wired for single point connections.
